Since 2014 CEM has supplied self managed multi discipline crews for numerous depots, facilities and housing upgrades across W.A. These include electrical, plumbing, roof replacements, depot refurbishments, housing renovations, earthworks, general building, cabinetry, fencing, commercial and industrial painting.

C.E.M also carries out general facility depot maintenance works that encompasses an area from Geraldton to Albany.
