Greg
Steele

Managing Director

Greg has over 30 years’ experience in the resource and infrastructure sectors working with major corporations across Australia and overseas.

With extensive experience in Construction Projects and Mining Processes, Greg founded C.E.M. Alliance in 2011 and has built the company around a core foundation of client relationships with the dedication and persistence that is supported by experienced management, key senior personnel and skilled employees.

C.E.M. now supports major clients across the Resource and Infrastructure sector of W.A.

CHRIS              MELDRUM

General Manager

Chris has worked in the Mining, Oil and Gas sector for over 20 years having worked on large and complex constructions projects across Australia.

Over this period Chris has taken on various roles including Project and Construction Management, Superintendent, Contract Administration and Management, Division Manager and General Manager working directly with Tier 1 mining companies as well as contract mining service providers.

His extensive experience and work history provides CEM Alliance with the capability to deliver on targets while leading the day-to-day operations of the company.

JAMIE
REID

Operations Manager

Jamie is a principle driven and disciplined Operations Manager with a strong leadership style developed over many years of accountability for Project execution teams.

He is dedicated  to identifying opportunities for safe operations, business growth, innovative practice and improvements for both the company and the client.

Jamie’s passion lies in managing projects and assets from conception to delivery, continually seeking to add strategic value in developing operational effectiveness.

PHILL
PARKE

Business Development

A career mining person with over 35 years’ experience in mining and construction including white and blue collar recruitment, business development and strategic management which led Phill to be involved in many of Western Australia’s largest and most diverse mining, energy and infrastructure projects over the past 25 years

He has a strong understanding of these sectors across the recruitment, workforce management, operations, projects engineering and asset management functions.

CHRISTINA      MATTHEWS

Finance & Administration 

Christina began her career in the finance industry and has over 30 years experience spanning a wide range of industries including Mining, Construction, Education, I.T. and Finance.

She is responsible for overseeing C.E.M.’s corporate strategy, financial management and business planning and has been integral in the development, installation and implementation of the business systems utilised at C.E.M. Alliance.

TEMPLETON

Staffing Solutions Business Manager 

Stephen is a seasoned industry professional and leader who possesses an in depth knowledge of the West Australian and Australian Mining, Resources and Talent Landscape.

Highly skilled in Negotiation, HR Consulting, Executive Search, Technical Recruiting and Management, he is an asset to the C.E.M team.

NATHAN                  BELL

Electrical & Instrumentation

Nathan has a well-rounded working knowledge of a broad range of sectors including mining, commercial, civil, road infrastructure, lighting, education and health.

He has strong site-based leadership skills and has supervised a large a range electrical and communications projects, with multiple work teams, including commissioning, construction, upgrades and renovations and installations of underground services across Western Australia.

He has actively supervised and managed a number of large-scale mining, commercial, civil and industrial projects.

TERRI                CATANIA

Staffing Solutions Operations Manager

With a diversified background in Sales and Service, Terri has forged her career in the Recruitment Industry with over 24 years managing Recruitment teams in WA, principally in Mining and Construction.

Terri has specialised skills in recruiting for Executive, White collar, Indigenous, Trade and Blue-collar positions coupled with a strong work ethic and sound business acumen.  

Results driven & service focused, Terri’s strengths lie in successfully blending client requirements with quality personnel, process improvement practices and extensive industry knowledge.

MATTHEW    BIRMINGHAM

Facility Maintenance & Construction

Matt has 30 years post trade experience in the building industry including 20+ years managing residential, commercial, and resources projects.

Matt leads our local construction and facilities maintenance team successfully delivering services throughout Western Australia for major government and construction entities.
